A few days ago I sold my ‘Passion for PInk’ journal and one of the eclectic snippet journals on Etsy to a lady in Tenerife. YIPPEE!! I was both thrilled about the sale and shocked how expensive shipping to the Canary Islands is! It’s more expensive than shipping to the USA! I need to sort out shipping rates on Etsy before I add any new work. Anyway, I was reminded how long it’s been since I updated my social media pages with photos of my journals, so I did a few things:
- I updated my Instagram page.
- I updated my Facebook page
- I started a Pinterest page because you can upload as many photos as you like, and it’s kind of like an online portfolio.
- I created a new Linktr.ee page as I couldn’t access the old one , no matter what I did. Linktr.ee has all my links including the YouTube, which I use for flip-throughs of the junk/journal lapbooks.
So, I’m all up-to-date now and itching to start a new journal. I’ve spent WEEKS online getting my digital life organised and I desperately need to spend time on the things that feed my soul: creating and learning. I have been collecting Japanese ephemera for a while, so my next journal, which I hope to start this coming week, will be a Japanese one.
PS: I decided it was best to do full fasting days on a Thursday and Sunday (instead of Saturday) to space it out a little more, so I’ll start a 36-hour fast again tonight.
