I will choose 2 things on my ‘list’ to get done every day and do them to the best of my ability. I can do more if I have the energy, but I need to get those 2 done to make this project a success. Each morning, I will sit down and reflect on my priorities for the day and decide what I need to focus on from there.
In addition, the non-negotiables for each day that I need to turn into habits bit by bit are;
- Blogging every day for the next 365 days. It is a project, after all!
- Exercising (whatever I can manage, even if it’s only 10 minutes, I need some movement)
- Drinking Sole water when I wake up
- Fasting 18-36 hours every day
- Sitting in silence / meditating / connecting to my Higher Self in some way.
- Declutter something tangible. Anything –even if it’s just a piece of paper!
- Declutter something intangible: do a brain dump / declutter emails / work with a difficult emotion/thought.
- Bed by 11 (that’s easier now, at least)
- Read a book for the pleasure of it
- Learn something new

Decluttering -even if it’s a piece of paper – liberating. Water first before coffee. No TV in bed. Thank youx
Hi Diane, I’ve come to realise that it REALLY is the little things that add up. Our hours can either be filled with finding the joy in each moment or focused on what’s wrong. Those hours either become a day worth remembering, or a day that fades into nothingness. Those days become our months and the years of our lives. Everything adds up to something. We just need to start small. Xx
